F51 and F60 are not the same order code
Both are commonly associated with 2205-type duplex material, but they reference different UNS chemistry requirements. State the exact ASTM grade and project approval rather than accepting a generic “duplex flange” description.
Duplex test plan
Projects can require corrosion testing, ferrite or phase checks, impact testing, hardness, PMI and NDE in addition to base material certification. These requirements must be identified before forging and heat treatment.
