Order documents remain separate
Material grade, heat identity, chemistry, mechanical results, testing and inspection-document type are controlled through the purchase order and the documents issued for that shipment. A management-system certificate does not replace those records.
Verify before qualification
Certificate validity can depend on surveillance, administrative scope and current public records. Request the current document set and state any supplier-qualification requirements before placing an order.
