Specification review

Grade, standard, product form, dimensions, tolerance, finish, testing and destination are checked before a route is assigned.

Production route

In-house equipment is used where it fits the order; otherwise an approved partner mill is selected and controlled through the same order file.

Inspection and traceability

Material identity, dimensions, surface, quantity, marking and documents are checked against the purchase order before packing.

Export delivery

Packing and shipment are coordinated from major Chinese ports according to origin, destination, sailing schedule and freight.

Stainless Steel Coil SlittingMaster coils are slit into narrower coils or precision strip with the width, inside diameter, coil weight, edge condition and surface protection specified for your line.Stainless Steel Cut-to-Length and LevelingStainless coil is leveled and cut into sheets or blanks to the ordered length, diagonal tolerance, flatness, surface finish and protective-film requirement.Stainless Steel ShearingSheet, plate and strip are straight-cut to ordered dimensions with edge condition, squareness, surface direction and downstream fabrication requirements reviewed before production.Stainless Steel Laser CuttingSheet, plate, tube and profiles are laser cut from approved drawings with nesting, heat input, edge quality, marking and downstream machining allowance reviewed for the order.Stainless Steel Waterjet CuttingSheet and plate parts are waterjet cut when a cold-cut process, low heat input or complex profile is more important than laser cutting speed.Stainless Steel Bending and FormingSheet, plate, bar and profiles are formed to drawings with grade-specific bend allowance, grain direction, springback, tooling protection and surface handling reviewed before production.Stainless Steel Welding and Custom FabricationCut and formed stainless components are coordinated into drawing-based fabrications with welding process, filler, distortion control, cleaning, inspection and traceability defined for the order.Stainless Steel Polishing and Surface FinishingMill surfaces and fabricated parts are brushed, hairline polished, mirror polished or bead blasted to an agreed sample, grain direction and protective-film specification.Custom Packaging and Export LoadingStainless products and fabricated parts are packed to the product form, finish, transport route, handling method and destination requirements agreed for the shipment.
