Editorial governance
Technical Content & Review Policy
Stainless steel guides on this site use Tsingshan (Shandong) Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. as an organizational byline. It identifies the legal entity accountable for publication. It is not an individual author, engineering credential, professional licence or claim that every page has already received external technical approval.
How content is prepared
- Commercial pages separate confirmed company facts from order-specific capability, stock and delivery conditions.
- Technical summaries identify the governing product form, condition and source standard where the data model supports them.
- Standards are summarized for buyer orientation; this site does not reproduce or replace licensed contract editions.
- Equivalents and comparisons are treated as approximate guidance, never unconditional material-substitution approval.
- Calculators provide theoretical estimates and state the assumptions that must be confirmed in a purchase order.
Sources, editions and review status
Source notes and last-updated dates appear on technical pages. The buyer must confirm the current purchased standard, edition, supplementary requirements and project code. Before production release, a qualified technical reviewer must sample and approve grades, standards, finishes, comparisons, products, applications and tools against the controlled sources listed in the release record. Until that sign-off exists, a visible update date means the content was changed on that date; it does not mean independent approval was completed.
Engineering and procurement boundary
Website content is general procurement guidance. Final grade selection, design allowables, corrosion assessment, pressure rating, welding procedure, regulatory compliance and material substitution remain the responsibility of the buyer's qualified engineer and the applicable contract documents. Quoted supply is subject to order-specific specification review and written confirmation.
Corrections
To report a possible technical error or request the source and edition behind a statement, emailsales@tsingshansts.comwith the page URL, disputed text and the contract standard or source you are using. Material corrections are reviewed, dated and published through the same controlled content process.
